POST 6: Bottles in the window

I saw a few bottles in a window one day. I liked the way the sun shined through the window and through them. I started it that day...but agian ..this is a work in progress! I plan to post new pictures as I get closer to completing each painting...

POST 5: In the mood for wine

Me and my other half moved into a new home. We decorated our kitchen with an Italian cafe theme. We placed grapes, vines, wine bottles, etc around the room. It motivated me to paint a wine bottle...with a basket of fruit and bread. I planned to hang it in our kitchen..(let's just say..I was getting better BUT it never made it up on my wall) :)

POST 4: Painting with a knife

I found a set of knifes and thought it might be fun to try to use them. That turned out to be much more difficult than I imagined! I wasn't able to put much detail in..every time I tried I made a bigger mess...

Post 3: Underwater

This is a work in progress...It has been started and restarted over and over. I can not get it to look like I want. Therefore, it has never been finished. I pull it out from time to time and add something or paint over something else..but it's still pretty blank...

Little More Color

Little more understanding of the paint... a second attempt. Attempting to painting somewhere happy...warm..and grassy.

I had the canvas on the table straight...yet it looks like I was at an angle..not sure where I was going with that.

First Attempt

This was one of my first attempts. Its just black paint...which I thought would be dry in a day..little did I know. I thought about going back and finishing it but, it made me laugh.
